Brooklyn subway shooting: Suspect Frank James set to be arraigned in federal court following grand jury indictment

BROOKLYN (WABC) — The person arrested in final month’s mass capturing on a Brooklyn subway will be arraigned in federal court Friday.

Final week, a federal grand jury charged Frank James with committing a terrorist assault or different violence towards a mass transportation system and discharging a firearm throughout a violent crime.

Each expenses carry the potential of life in jail.

James was arrested on April 13, about 30 hours after authorities say he drove from Philadelphia and unleashed smoke bombs and dozens of bullets on a prepare stuffed with morning commuters.

All the capturing victims are anticipated to survive.
