One can obtain a Green Dot prepaid debit card online. Through the Green Dot website, cardholders can check balances, make money transfers, and conduct other services. By visiting the Green Dot portal and logging into a card account, cardholders can obtain a comprehensive view of their account.

Input “http://greendot.com” into the address bar of your web browser.
Sign in to the account corresponding to the debit card.
Click the “Log In” button located in the upper-right corner of the display. The page will load the login screen where a user ID and password are required to access the account. This information must be entered, and the password must be correct. Prepare to answer security questions if the password is incorrect.

The challenge question is a question you select when registering for a Green Dot account and is used for further security. It will not always appear; occasionally the Account Overview page will load immediately upon login.
