Log in to your employer’s Greenshades self-service portal to get a W-2 through the Green Employee Portal. This is the portal where employees can get their pay stubs, change their profiles, and download HR documents. Once you’re signed in, click on the Documents tab and, if your employer has made W-2s available, download or print them.
Once you’ve downloaded your W-2, check it carefully for any mistakes and send any changes to HR. The system saves old W-2s, so each worker can find all of her W-2s in one place. The portal also gives you access to other standard tax forms, such as the 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, and 1099-PATR.
Pay stubs, information about direct deposit, W-4s, and I-9s are also available. Through the Green Employee Portal, employees can use their computers to sign any document. They can also change documents that have already been made. If your address changes, you can use the portal to fill out a new W-4. You can also see your pay stubs, clock in and out, and turn in expense reports while you’re in the portal.
