Go to VerizonWireless.com, scroll to the bottom of the home page, and click on the Order Status link under the Service & Support tab. Enter your order number or confirmation number for a pre-order in the box, and then click the Check Order Status button.
Check the Order Confirmation that Verizon Wireless sent you after you placed your online order to find your order number. The application number is the same as the order number. You can also log in to your My Verizon account and click on My Order Status to find your order number.
