To use the NJUIFile.net system, you need to set up a personal identification number, and if you file your claim on a Sunday, you’ll get your money faster.

The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development says that credit is given for each week of unemployment benefits claimed, even if the claim is disputed or initially denied but later approved. Claimants can ask for credit once a week or twice a month. Applicants should keep track of each claim they make because the system doesn’t tell them when to claim benefits.
