To log in to the eClinicalWorks portal from a desktop or laptop computer, go to the home page of eClinicalWorks.com, click on the Customer Portal button in the top right corner of the page, enter the login information on the next page, agree to the terms of use, and then click the Log In button. You can find product updates, notifications, tasks, the customer helpdesk, and reference materials on the portal.
If you’re using a mobile device, like a smartphone, you can also go to the eClinicalWorks website and enter your login information under Log In on the right side of the page. To get into your eClinicalWorks account, you need a username and password that you set up.
Over 850,000 users in all 50 states use EClinicalWorks to find clinical solutions. The eClinicalWorks website says that it is also used by more than 115,000 doctors. EClinicalWorks is also used by more than 70,000 different facilities. In 2015, the company helped its clients with more than 156 million claims.
