How Do You Make a CareCredit Payment?

CareCredit payments can be made online, over the phone, or by sending a check by overnight mail to a special address listed on the website. As of 2015, the company doesn’t accept credit card payments, and CareCredit payments can’t be made in person or directly to a healthcare provider.

CareCredit cardholders can make online payments by logging in to their accounts at the CareCredit portal. Cardholders can call (866) 893-7864 to make a payment by phone. CareCredit’s website says that to make a phone payment, you need your checking account number and your bank’s routing number. There is also a fee if you need live help from a customer service representative. Cardholders can send a check to Overnight Payment Synchrony Bank, 140 Wekiva Springs Road, Longwood, Florida 32779, to pay their CareCredit bill overnight.

CareCredit offers special no-interest deals for health, wellness, and beauty services that aren’t available through MasterCard or Visa. The company says that the full amount due must be paid by the end of the promotional period, or interest will be charged from the date of purchase. The card is made to help people pay for healthcare costs that aren’t covered by their health insurance. As of 2015, CareCredit offers special financing plans for healthcare costs of $1,000 or more that can be paid off over 24, 36, or 48 months. The APR for these plans is 14.9%. A 60-month payment plan can be set up for health care purchases of $2,500 or more.
