Customers can pay their NMAC bills online at the official website of the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation or using the company’s SignatureDirectPay service. Other payment alternatives include mailing payment to the company and phoning the toll-free number to make a one-time phone payment.
Customers must register their accounts with NissanFinance.com prior to making NMAC payments online. BillMatrix charges a convenience fee for these one-time payments, which can be made via electronic check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. The customer’s financial institution must allow debit and ATM card transactions to be completed without a PIN number.
SignatureDirectPay is a service offered by NMAC that requires clients to sign an agreement allowing the financial business to automatically deduct monthly payments from their checking or savings accounts on the due date. This service is provided at no additional cost, and the agreement is effective within 15 calendar days when purchasing and 10 calendar days plus five business days when leasing.
NMAC continues to assess a BillMatrix convenience fee for one-time phone payments; approved payment methods include electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, as well as ATM and debit cards. Since March 2015, payments made before 4 p.m. are posted the same day, while payments made after 4 p.m. are posted the following working day.
