Then, type in your payment amount, routing number, checking account number, and payment date. Enter a payment amount that is higher than the minimum payment but lower than or the same as the current balance. Send a money order or check to Credit First NA, P.O. Credit First National Association says the company’s customer service number is 1-800-321-3950, and its customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also pay by phone any day of the week using the company’s Interactive Voice Response system. This system lets you make payments and find out information about your account, like how much credit you have left and how much money is in your account. As of 2015, if you pay off your Firestone Complete Auto Care card in full within six months, you don’t have to pay any annual fees or interest.
