Users can get a replacement AIR MILES card by visiting AirMiles.ca, selecting Need Help, and then selecting Order Cards. Under the Replace A Card section, users can click the Lost Or Damaged Card link, enter their collector number and PIN, and then click Continue.
By selecting the Sign In link on the homepage and then choosing Forgot Collector Number, users can request a collector number if they have lost it. The user’s last name and confirmed email address on file with AIR MILES are required. After selecting a security image and inputting the CAPTCHA characters, consumers may click the Submit button to receive their AIR MILES collector number via their confirmed email address.
