How Long Does USPS Ground Shipping Take?

According to the U.S. Postal Service, the ground shipping service USPS Retail Ground, which ships to all U.S. addresses, takes between two and eight business days to arrive in the 48 contiguous states. We can’t promise delivery outside of this area in this time frame.

In the United States, USPS Retail Ground is a cheap way to send packages. This service lets you track your package through the USPS and can handle items that are too big or heavy for Priority Mail service. Items can weigh up to 70 pounds and be up to 130 inches long and wide. The USPS suggests using USPS Retail Ground for deliveries that don’t need to be sent right away.
