How Many Cups Are in 1 Kilogram of Flour?

When you convert metric measurements to U.S. Standard measurements, 1 kg of flour is equal to 8 cups of flour. In the United States, ingredients are usually measured by volume, but in other countries, dry ingredients are measured by weight and liquid ingredients by volume.

Another thing that makes it hard is that the U.S. Standard measuring system uses different meanings for some measurement terms when talking about dry ingredients and liquid ingredients. To make international food from scratch, though, you don’t have to be a math genius. There are a lot of online calculators that can help you figure out how much of each dry and liquid ingredient you need.
