Kate Waterhouse and her mother Gai had been noticed having fun with a grueling training session collectively at a Sydney park on Friday. 

Socialite and author Kate, 37, was able to work up a sweat in stylish all-black activewear which confirmed off her trim figure. 

Horse coach Gai, 66, opted for a brighter look in an eye catching pink puffer jacket and black leggings.

Kate wore a black puffer jacket with a pair of black three-quarter leggings and a ribbed singlet, which she teamed with a black cap and Asics trainers.

She ripped off her jacket as she was put by way of her paces working across the park.

The exercise comes after Kate shared a heartfelt tribute to her mother after reaching a significant milestone. 

On Tuesday, the racing heiress shared photographs to Instagram exhibiting her Gai receiving an Order of Australia medal.   

She defined in the caption: ‘So happy with my mum @gai_waterhouse for receiving an Order of Australia medal right this moment for distinguished service to the thoroughbred trade, notably as a number one coach, and as a task mannequin for younger ladies.’

She was inducted into the Australian Racing Corridor of Fame in 2007, and is usually referred to as ‘first woman of Australian racing’.
