Kirsty beforehand stated she was a ‘skinny’ and ‘anxious wreck’ after her divorce from the retired rugby star after 4 years of marriage. 

Speaking about her marital break up on The Energy Of Ten podcast, Kirsty admitted she was ‘traumatised’ after the ‘complicated’ divorce.

Kirsty credited her ‘superb’ private coach and retired skilled rugby participant, Mel Deane, for ‘saving’ her throughout the tough time.
