Lukas Gage catches director calling his residence ‘tiny’ throughout Zoom audition
Not less than Jeffrey Toobin wasn’t on a name with this man.
Actor Lucas Gage has put an unnamed director — allegedly “Kingsman” director Matthew Vaughn — on blast after he was heard calling Gage’s residence “tiny” on a Zoom audition.
“PAS if you happen to’re a s–it-talking director make sure that to mute ur s–t on Zoom mtgings,” the “Euphoria” actor, 25, tweeted Friday, together with a clip of the awkward second.
“These poor folks dwell in these tiny flats,” the director could be heard saying to a 3rd particular person as Gage prepares for a distant audition. Gage rapidly identified the problem, and the person instantly apologized, saying he was mortified.
Gage brushed issues off within the second, quipping, “I do know it’s a sh–ty residence. That’s why I would like you to provide me this job so I can get a greater one … Pay attention, I’m residing in a 4×4 field… It’s fantastic. Simply give me the job and we’ll be fantastic.”
Gage didn’t identify names, however social media wags rapidly fingered Vaughn, 49, evaluating the clip with interviews of the director talking. The idea was helped by January Jones, who commented beneath Gage’s Instagram model of the submit “I’ve a guess.”
Vaughn, you see, is rumored to be the daddy of Jones’ son Xander. The 2 reportedly had a “very shut” relationship on the set of “X-Males: First Class,” the Vaughn-directed installment that featured Jones. Vaughn — who’s married to mannequin Claudia Schiffer and has denied he’s the daddy — abruptly left city with Schiffer across the time Jones introduced she was pregnant.
