The job will not feel as though a not exactly perfect combination of field, subject, and manager: Legendary has produced either Pacific Rim pictures (solely centered on colossal mecha struggles ) in addition to the Godzilla / King Kong”Monsterverse” (of late restricted away by Godzilla vs. Kong, which also contains a giant mecha.) And now Vogt-Roberts is no stranger into colossal struggles, either, using previously directed Kong: Skull Island to get Legendary.
The up coming Gundam picture isn’t Netflix’s original live-action version of a beloved sun rise anime, either: the streaming service is working a live-action variant of Cowboy Bebop starring John Cho, that might appear as soon as that past year.
