Rapper YFN Lucci, needed for homicide, turns self in to cops
Atlanta rapper YFN Lucci, who is needed for homicide in reference to a shootout in December that left one man lifeless and one other injured, turned himself in to police late Wednesday, based on native stories.
The 29-year-old rapper, whose actual identify is Rayshawn Bennett, surrendered hours after releasing a brand new music video for his track “Rolled On” on social media, the Atlanta Journal-Structure reported.
He was booked into Fulton County Jail, and faces fees of homicide, aggravated assault, participation in felony road gang exercise, and possession of a firearm, associated to the shootout in southwest Atlanta on Dec. 10.
That day, 28-year-old James Adams was shot within the head and later died at an area hospital.
A short while later, Kevin Wright, 32, arrived at a close-by hearth station with a gunshot wound to the stomach. He survived his harm.
Police decided the shootings have been associated. Two different suspects, 23-year-old Ra’von Boyd and a 17-year-old boy, have been arrested in Miami, Florida, and charged for his or her alleged roles within the shootings.
