Mumbai: Ten coronavirus patients died in a fire at a COVID-19 hospital in a Mumbai mall on Friday, police stated. The accident comes in the backdrop of the state being the toughest hit in the pandemic.

DCP Prashant Kadam stated 10 coronavirus patients died in the blaze. The hospital had earlier stated two deceased had been coronavirus patients who had been already lifeless from the illness when the fire broke out. It’s but to touch upon the remaining eight deaths.
