If a payment is missed on a QVC Easy Pay plan, the buyer loses the ability to purchase more items via Easy Pay. To prevent QVC from transferring the account to a collection agency, the buyer must make the missed payment or return the goods.
QVC offers numerous payment options to its customers. Using the company’s QCard credit card, certain payments may be deferred for a time period. Items on the Easy Pay plan are charged in instalments to the buyer’s credit card. If for some reason the payment does not go through, QVC reserves the right to cancel the Easy Pay instalment plan and require full payment immediately.
QVC has the right to submit unpaid balances to a collection agency if payment is not received. If the account is turned over to collections, further costs are levied and the account is reported to credit bureaus.
Those who are unable to make a payment using the credit card on file may contact QVC to make other payment arrangements or to arrange for the return of the goods. QVC reserves the right to close a customer’s account if they fail to make timely payments.
