The battery that is the same as an L1154F for Panasonic, Maxell, Mallory, GP, and Sony is called an LR44. Eveready, Energizer, Philips, UCAR, Sony, and EXELL all sell batteries with the label A76 that are the same as each other. There is also a PX76A or 76A battery made by Duracell that is the same.
An L1154F battery is a small 1.5-volt alkaline button cell that is often used in LED flashlights, laser pointers, multimeters, watches, calculators, and other small electrical devices. The MR44 mercury cell, the zinc-air PR44, and the silver-oxide SR44 all look the same. Even though these batteries are the same size as LR44 batteries, you can’t always swap them out because their nominal voltages are different.
