StarHOT allows employees and franchisees of Starwood hotels to receive a discount on rooms at any other Starwood hotel. Whether or not the employee signs up for StarHOT, their immediate family members can still take advantage of the benefits.
StarHOT is open to all currently employed individuals regardless of how long they have been with the company, so long as the trip is used for personal purposes. StarHOT allows Associates to reserve an infinite number of nights, but each individual stay is limited to 14 days. The discounted room rate is displayed during your booking.
Online room reservations can be made by Starwood employees by visiting One.StarwoodHotels.com and logging in with their employee username and password. To get Book StarHOT, go to E-Tools. The toll-free number is also available for last-minute reservations of stays of up to 90 nights. Not the hotel, please.
When hotel occupancy is expected to be 80 percent or more due to a special event or holiday, StarHOT is unavailable. StarHOT guests are guaranteed at least 5% of available rooms at all Starwood properties. All StarHOT participants, including employees and their families, are required to act in a manner consistent with that of other hotel guests.
