Whirlpool is an American multinational corporation that produces household appliances in Amana, Iowa; Cleveland, Tennessee; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and five cities in Ohio: Ottawa, Marion, Greenville, Findlay, and Clyde. The eight production facilities of Whirlpool are all located in the United States.
Individual Whirlpool appliances are manufactured in distinct U.S. plants. Whirlpool, for instance, manufactures Maytag Maxima and Bravo washers and dryers in Clyde and Marion, Ohio. The Maytag top compartment and French door refrigerators are manufactured in Amana, whereas the Resource Saver dishwashers are produced in Findlay.
