Originally established in 1913, Prentice Hall Publishing was acquired by Pearson Education in 1998. Prentice Hall Publishing, a division of Pearson Education Company that has been publishing textbooks and educational technology for students in middle school and up since April 2014, is a good example of this. Pearson Education Business, the parent company of Prentice Hall Publishing, also has its headquarters in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.
